We have all paid good money to those who entertain us. For
many who provide such entertainment it is a gift they employ to get employed to
produce something to distract from life’s gruel ... and make big money, your hard-earned
money.
It is, however the great tragedy of the times that our youth
and those who want to live the fantasy of life portrayed on the silver screen that
they become so captured within their fantasy. Infatuated with the fantasy that they
now embrace the person(s) who are portraying their fantasies as the experts on
life without ever knowing them, truly knowing them.
I can relate. And you will probably lie if you say you do
not do or have in the past done the same thing. Do not let someone else be your
god. And further do not let your self be your own god.
Remember a judge’s quote, “He who desires to represent
himself in a court of law has a fool for a client.” In the same vein, do not be
a fool to think you are your own god.
Find the True and Eternal God that has provided a Way for
you to know Him as He is. Yes, as He is, the truth of all that is real. His
love for you is real. But until you come to your senses you won’t pursue Him.
If you are truly tired of trying it your way, He Who loves you is ever present
to lead you into the Way of all Truth.
